USB mods is a child's hobby. Tools make it so simple that now it's useless even doing it. Learn C++ then C# (because going from C# to C++ is bad, bad, bad) and use X360.dll (with C#) and make your own USB modding tool. It's very simple and there is tutorials everywhere. C# is a growing language and it's only going to get bigger as Microsoft console modding goes on.
