So my cousin bought a pc online. was used but only once or twice. PC does seem to be brand new. all packaging was there also. but the graphics keep messing on games. getting green and white dots all over then complete driver crash. I thought it was overheating but temps stayed about 60-70c so i dono ? The card and the pc looks brand new. Any ideas ?

Update the drivers to the latest ones. that may be the problem.

he's tried that. hes update a few times since the issue. first noticed it when playing bf4 when it first released. Hes never been able to play it or other graphic intensive games without this issue after a while.

It might help if you reinstall the operating system then the game then see if the issue persists. Also using another monitor may help, if not then the graphics card may be faulty.
