Has anyone else done this? Yesterday I bought a Playstation 4 through amazon yesterday, plugged it in started it up. But I just don't think it was worth purchasing. I have now contacted the seller to return/get a refund.

Has anyone else bought either of the new consoles but just don't think it was worth the money?

Could you detail the post more and why you don't think it is worth the money?

To be honest I don't really have many reasons, but as I started the console and signed in etc.. it was going well and I was happy that I bought it. but after around a hour of playing I just thought that it wasn't any better than the current gen consoles. I think I just find the older consoles better.

So you've plugged in the console, turned it on, not played a game, unplugged the console and demanded a refund?

I'm making mountains out of molehills I apologise, but you really need to give it like a week of trying and testing before you genuinely return the item, it isn't until now I think (personally) that the Xbox One has been worth it, but I waited it out and now that its had more reasonable updates and more games have been released, I love it.

You probably didn't read my comment about as we posted around the same time. But I did play a couple of games on the console. After coming from PS1/2/3 then to Xbox 360, then back to PS4. I just didn't feel excited at all when playing. The graphic (even though I have a brilliant tv) didn't seem to stand out.

With the other consoles my mind were made up almost instantly that they were good.

But I think I may try my luck with a Xbox One, to see how that goes.

I would keep it, because this year, they are supposed to release many games for the PS4, that ain't gonna be released for other consoles.

You also gotta think, the consoles have only been out for like 5 months. So there is not many games for them. But if you wait, there will be more.
