Looks likse you just tried to mimic the already boring, unoriginal, generic style.
But you also did it poorly.

The flares are way too big, and way too bright.
But honestly you should remove them alltogether.

The bubbles are too bright on the outside edges. They should fade out.
And they're too bright in the center, making the logo hard to even see.

The text on the sides is hard to read, because of the font, and the effects you used.
Try a simpler font. Don't make it so dark. The bottom half of the text is almost unreadable.

You should just take out all the overlays. Take off all the CCs.
Don't touch cinema 4d, and have the logo and text in a nice, clean looking, 2d banner.
That always looks better.

Let's just say everyone has a starting point. Keep trying though, you will get a good design soon enough.
