I would want:
The ability to customize the paint on aircraft (ie Luxor, Buzzard, Mallard, Frogger ect.)
Turning wanted levels on and off
More customization with cars and trucks (ie Sound System, Custom Paint, Engine Swaps?)
A lot better guns
The option to own more than one house
