So I'm sorry for what your about to read. It's gonna sound really weird since I'm not sure how to summarize it, but I will do my best. So my topic is space and time.

So what if space is like a cake (just imagine it) and there are multiple layers. And we are just on one of those layers. And that would be our dimension and we CANT leave it. And if we could leave it, why can't we find anyone? Well what I think is we are all in different time periods so that's why we can't find it, because it's already been destroyed (some how) or it hasn't been created yet. (Also not sure where I read it but it said somewhere that all time has been created) (so to simplify it we are like playing a game) (a storyline) sorry this is all over the place. But what do you guys think?

and what if the theory of worm holes being the transport to a other dimension is just the way to go down or up a layer. and the layers just keep adding on. i like this theory. its just a little all over the place

Their are lots of things that fascinate me about space
Their are also lots of theory's and hypothesis about space
I find space to be one of the biggest mystery a mankind has
Yet to learn about
I've thought to my self that what if you kept traveling billions of miles into space what secrets could hide like for example
- you could hit another scale
- or a shift in gravity
- other life forms
The possibilities are endless and that's what makes me strive to
Want to learn more about the galaxy and space

I Have always wondered things about space especially if we are not alone. But only astronauts can tell us what it is really like.

This is a similar idea to the Multiverse theory, this states that there could be theoretically an infinite number of Universes.

As for your problem of time periods, time does not exist outside of a Universe. Therefore, if the Multiverse theory is correct, then the void inbetween Universes will have no defined time, laws of Physics, or anything, as nothing can exist outside of a Universe.

Due to this, each Universe will have it's own defined time, and therefore if it were possible to travel between Universes, then you would, in essence, be time travelling as well. As each Universe has it's own defined time period, two Universes could exist simultaneously but yet be in different time periods, as there would be no "Universal" time, that applied to all the Universes, there is no start and no end, each Universe would simply be "born" at a given moment, and die at another, leaving no impact on when other Universes are born or die.

As for whether or not it would be possible to travel between Universes, it is yet unsure, but unlikely. The amount of energy that would be needed to transport an entity from one Universe to another, assuming of course that that is possible, would simply be impractical.

I'm not sure if that helped your question in any way, but I tried to apply your idea to an existing theory.
