I done this on my main account and the $9.99 option still pops up.

its a virtual credit card, 0 balance on it i couldnt really care
havent used it for the month trial of netflix.. u should get on that 1

For anyone who is having issues, you can make a new credit card on Bancore.com and use that one-it worked for me. If you need help with Bancore, follow these steps:
1) Click 'Sign Up' (here's the website: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] )
2) Choose Canada for your country
3) Get the app 'Text Free' (for Apple & Android)
4) On Text Free, choose Canada as location & create a free account
(You can put all fake info including email, there's no verification)
5) DON'T use your real location, enter this as your postal code instead: K1A 0G9
6) Use that number for Bancore.com and wait for the call. When you get the call, enter a pin code that you want.
7) When you get into Bancore and need to enter an address, use this info:
234 Laurier Avenue West
Ottawa, Ontario
K1A 0G9
8) You should be redirected to a page with your new free credit card!
