-FULL VALUE METHOD MAY MAKE YOU LOSE YOUR CAR-
Hopefully this tut is easier to understand than some of the others. If you have any questions, message me on xbox @ GT: Seymour 1994.
If you buy a adder this patch (1.11) and max it out you can sell it for 780k or 600k stock. [Thanks to HKGModders]
:!: I'm fairly sure this ONLY works with the $400k Apt.
1. Start a Solo Session from Single Player.
2. Call Pegasus and order your Journey.
3. Pick up the Journey, drive it back to the garage, and slam it directly in the center of the door. Back it up about half a foot so it opens slightly. Walk into the garage.
4. Get in whichever car you're wanting to sell and drive out.
5. You should spawn down the street. Call MMI and order your car back.
:!: If MMI does not answer, you've done something wrong. You'll have to restart from Step 1.
6. Go back into your garage and pull a BMX off the wall.
7. You should now spawn in front of your car on the street. Get into it.
8. Crash the car a bit on the way to Los Santos Customs, drive in and sell.
You've now sold your duplicate car and still have it in your garage.

Full Value Method
:!: As with the previous glitch, this should be used on the $400k apt.
Best Car: Truffade Adder: Sells for $780k[-/+] fully upgraded.
1. Start an Invite Only session from Single Player.
2. Call Pegasus and order your Journey, go pick it up and drive it back to your Garage.
3. Slam the Journey directly int he center of the door and back it up about a foot so the door opens slightly.
4. Go in, get in the car you wish to sell and drive out.
5. You should spawn down the street, call MMI to see if your car is there but DO NOT MAKE A CLAIM ON IT.
6. Drive to Los Santos Customs, banging it up a bit on the way. Stop in the parking lot.
7. Go to San Andreas Super Autos and order a Karin Rebel.
8. Drive up to the LSC door so that your front tires are inside, and the rest of the car is outside. Call your mechanic and hover over the Rebel option.
9. Once hovering the Rebel, hold A + RT [X+R2 for PS3] to dive in and sell your car.
10. After you have sold it and spawned back outside, call MMI and claim your vehicle.

Not that I've seen. I've done this upwards of 20 times and it sells for about $152k each time.
