It's much easier to pay someone to do it, just google if there are people doing it in your city/state

And no offence but if you dont know what you need to jtag a console, why dont you get someone to install it. just saying
Because it's cheaper and safer. (if you have the soldering skills)
OP: Even if it's on 7371, it could still not be JTAG-able. You would need to get NAND dump to see if it has a vulnerable CB.
