Hi guys,
I was talking to my friend the other day and he mentioned GTA IV modding and I wondered if I could host a modded lobby with my DOWNLOADED copy of GTA IV?

Is there a way of hosting infection lobby's on xbox 360 with the DOWNLOADED version of GTA IV.

PS: I don't have a J-TAG and I'm new to modding
