in that case you would be getting a pretty good deal i would buy it and then buy another 8gb stick to put in it with that build you should be able to run everything on ultra with good frame rates

8GB RAM is all that is needed. I am yet to use all 8GB at once, and i have been playing BF4 multiplayer, 3 tabs on chrome, google sketchup and spaceclaim.
