There is no way to get unconsole banned from anything unless you can provide a clear explanation (with proof) to back up a reason you should be unbanned. Even then it would be very very hard to even convince them to lift the ban.
Best bet would be to forget about CoD Ghosts and go to another game.

Nope, you're screwed. Turn it into an RGH or sell it to someone who can so you can buy a new one.

I also call BS on "someone logged into your account." You probably got a Ghost lobby and got banned. Which is why I don't mess around with Ghost or BO2 when I mod stuff. You don't have to lie dude.

So what was the point of this post? You trying to look cool or something? Because the only real way to get un-banned from a console ban is by changing your KV on a RGH. And that requires your xbox to be modded.
