is there any actual 2k share file that gives you a 99 ovr if so can you please comment the gt down below so I can download it thanks

Well if you are looking for a game share that is offline and has SP and not VC then no but if you are looking for a game share that has limitless SP and overall stats 99 then I would either suggest looking in Modio for one or I would just simply Google or bing "NBA 2K14 xbox 360 modded save". I could refer you to a PG save.

But other than that I would just go to modio and check people's saves out. Another thing I forgot to add was to mod your share yourself. Also, I forgot to add, you can just mod it yourself by putting the save into Horizon and then just editing it there, but the downside to that is the same, you can just mod your SP and your fans, everything else you will have to do manually.
