Okay so the first time i plugged up my PVR it would work fine and then when i started downloading the drivers the PVR would cut off and on again and then it eventually cut off and will not cut back on.

The problem is: It tells you to unplug your HD PVR while the drivers are installed! You were not reading. You just clicked yes on everything. You could try and delete the plugins & software. Then re-install them. But, you have most likely destroyed your PVR. If it doesn't work, be happy that you have that warranty!

Yeah he is right you have to unplug the PVR while doing drivers, and uninstall might fix it but you may have to invoke the warranty
