Hey guys my dad is gonna let me build a PC he saw the comments on my last post and saw you can get a warranty on the parts.
Ok, so I me being new to pcs I'll just tell you what I'm going to use it for. I will use it for gaming and mostly only gaming. I want windows 7 because I have a laptop that has windows 8 and I hate it. I don't need a mouse, keyboard, or a monitor, but a keyboard and a mouse would be ok if they are in the build. I would like a high GHz processor too. My budget is about $700 USD. Thanks guys and sorry for the multiple posts.

I put together a build for you, should max every game and includes a OS mouse and keyboard, the Total: $716 before 15$ of mail in rebates.
