I guess it's different for other people. I always used to get severe migraines and i couldn't figure out why i had been to the doctor and everything. But it turns out id stopped drinking coffee at all then i started having 1 coffee a week and my migraines disappeared

Painkillers lots and lots of Painkillers it will do wonders for you. yes this is a joke dont actually take Painkillers i dont want to be responsible for causing an addiction. take some Tylenol does the trick every time for me
