Ok so Hey guys first of i built a pc like 18 months ago and i want to upgrade it know i was thinking about the

This GPU but ill need a motherboard and a CPU how ever i already have those
My current build
MSI Z77A-G43 Z77 Ivy Bridge
Intel Core i5 2500K unlocked s
XFX 750w P1-750S-UKB9 PSU
Now i know this might need to be done people was saying i might need to upgrade the things i listed if i want to upgrade my GPU
Please help guys.

Well what is the PC for? Gaming? Editing? what?
1st of all that PSU is a big overkill.
What is your ram?

Thanks for the input it does look decent but if i get this will it work with my motherboard.
i currently dont have a custom cooler so ill get one of those also.

What about my PSU will i need a new one?
Also if i wanted a cooler for my CPU atm i have standerd on will it be hard to change coolers or will the new one just go over the standerd.

The PSU is overkill as it is, you won't have to upgrade it, no. It is a pretty solid build if you go with Alexyy's suggestions.

That PSU could support Sli 770's you'll be fine.
