If you wake up at 2-3am, there is an 85% chance someone is staring at you. Crazy right? What do you guys think? [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Research shows if your intuition tells you something is staring at you, then something probably is. Its your body telling you something isn't right, telling you to do something or shit can turn bad quite quickly. You should always follow this instinct. Youre probably wondering why all this is important, well soon all will become clear. Im going to tell you my story and why you should always follow your gut instincts.
Moreover i came across a post and this user said
"3am is when the window between the spirit world and our world is the biggest. If you have any intuition or are sensitive, chances are you will see/feel/hear some type of entity. If you are generally a happy person, this entity will probably be benign. But if you tend to harbor negative feelings/depression, this entity will most definitely be evil."
What do you guys think? i am kinda in the middle because I do believe in spirits etc.

I don't believe in spirits, and that statistic is fake, there is no way that you could even test it considering nobody has ever proved the existence of anything supernatural.
The stigma surrounding darkness is what makes you feel uneasy during the night if you wake up.
It's 3:00AM according to Roman Catholic teaching when the boundaries between the spirit world and the real world are suspended, the opposite of 3:00PM, when Jesus was supposedly crucified, and said, "Father, Into Thy Hands, I Commend My Spirit"
But it's all speculation and superstition.

I believe it. I believe in the Paranormal. More proof that ghosts exist than there is proof that God exists.

Prove it then. You can easily photoshop anything to have a ghost in it or manipulate the simplest of things to make you think there is a Ghost.

If I woke up in the middle of the night and those two people were there..I would kick the end one in the head/off my bed and head butt the one hovering over me.

It's all mind over matter.
Modern media influences people massively when it comes to fears.
Take the fear of flying, there is pretty much no way that it can be evolutionary considering that people have only been flying for just over 100 years.
Flying is one of the safest ways to travel, yet people are still terrified of it.
This is almost certainly because of TV and movies showing horrific crashes and bad situations.
I think this is the same reason why people's minds play tricks on themselves when they're in a dark room or a 'haunted building.'
If you go into an old building with the presupposition that it is haunted, your mind is going to pay more attention to small details and associate them with the possibility of a haunting.
In turn this plays with your emotions and you could even begin hallucinating slightly, probably why ghosts are always described as fleeting images rather than in your face 'get the hell out of my building' entities.
