I doubt you will even need to do what you have to do with a Jtag, you will probably be able to hack your console with a USB and some files...

Yes, because you would definitely be able to gain hypervisor privlages with some random "files". No, it doesn't work like that. At least not for Xbox.

The new architecture and the new format could spark something.
The XVD containers (Xbox Virtual Disc) can be mounted and unmounted. This means, if you mount it on your PC, you have access to all files inside the container. If you unmount it then it sends it back to its original state which allows the Xbox One to read it.

However, the containers have a couple keys (Private Key) which are encrypted with a SHA-256 algorithm. I believe you could create Homebrew software by using these. There is already a few people out there who have managed to successfully perform this.

You still wouldn't be able to run in hypervisor privileges. You do understand that the Xbox 360 had to be off to do that? That's basically like the KK exploit, which no one really cared for.

The Xbox One has massive differences. You are kind of going of off what is currently being worked on.

It does have massive differences in all aspects. So simply put, running homebrew won't run hypervisor privileges because the Xbox One's hypervisor is a lot stronger than the 360's. Also, running homebrew would require a console running unsigned code, which would need to have hypervisor privileges in order to do so.

Will there ever be flashing for the Xbox One? I believe it's when you can burn games onto DVD R-DL discs and play them. I would love to be able to do that because I hate going out and spending 60$ for a game I only play a couple times.

Xbox One updates when the console is turned off and this cannot be stopped. Most of Xbox One is closed source so cannot be tampered with either.

But due to the back ground updating it will just brick all modified consoles.

It will not be possible. I can assure you.
