Lately I've been stressed out with work/bills/ and of course xbox, does anyone know any good tips of keeping calm?

And I already smoke, so don't say that. :p

For me personally I have a bath. Whevever you feel stressed, run a bath and just have a rest. It makes me feel 10000% better

Sure different people cope with their stress differently though, but try a bath .

You should start working out, I find it helps keep me calm because it clears my head from all the distracting stressful things. It might help you, or get a punching bag or a squishy ball, they seem to help people.

When you're depressed your energy levels can drop drastically, but the last thing you want to do when feeling down is to keep yourself from getting up. It's a physiological fact that activity fights depression. Get your heart rate up 20 minutes a day, five days a week, and it has been scientifically proven that you will feel better emotionally.

I watch ASMR videos on YouTube, they always seem to calm me down.

I also take prescription drugs too, they put me in a high.

Just close your eyes, and go to sleep. Once you wake up, you will feel much better.

You could try doing some kind of physical activity.
