when i run the speed test u get these results

but when i try download games off of steam i only get a max of 500 KB/S. can anyone help me?

I get this too, my max is 360KB/s
Just have to deal with it dude.

You're confusing kilobits and kilobytes.

1 Kbps (Kilobits per second) = .125 KBps (Kilobytes per second)

That speed is what you should expect.
