2-if so what would you recommend to mod mw2,mw3and bo2 - I would not recommend any of these, you do not buy a JTAG or JTAG your own console to simply host cod lobbies. I would advise you to use it for more advanced things and actually learn something from it.

3-if not, am I able to buy a jtagged xbox? - Of course you are, simply head over to the marketplace on this site and go to you jtag seller location if you are in the UK buy from Monoxide. Find out your nearest seller and purchase one from him.
