Everyone who signs up for the beta gets a code the beta will come out soon since the PC beta was already released.

the Xbox one Beta should be available some time this month, this has been confirmed in multiple streams from the Devs.

Also any content created on the PC beta AND Xbox one Beta will be available on the full versions, it has also been quoted that the PC and Xbox one versions will be able to share the Content Cross platform too
