There is this app I use called twigrow. You purchase tokens and you set the amount you want to give to people when they follow you, if you have the localiapstore tweak installed, you will be able to buy the tokens for free, I currently have like 60k+ tokens.

Yea I know what your talking about,used to trick all my friends into thinking I was twitter famous but it doesnt really verify it, hence the name "troll'.
