I've had it since a few weeks after release and it don't seem like any things been fixed. My party chat messes up, my controller stops working and freezes, kinect says it isnt plugged in half the time, games crash a lot, Ea games (not microsofts end) can not be played with 3 people in the party. It seems like all is a easy fix but its like they aren't even trying
