Also, how did your friend have a girlfriend and yet they have never met, sorry but that just seems really weird to me.
He met her on social media and pretty much he got cat fished and claimed he was depressed. I don't know the full story but from what i heard it was a load of crap on both ends.

I too believe that the word can be exaggerated but some people do have depression. I have had depression for a real reason but yeah some people overuse it.

I think theirs a huge difference between feeling depressed and having depression. Most people just can't judge this. Everyone gets depressed nown again, doesn't diagnose your self with depression.

Yes i do agree, as i have suffered from Depression and it is not something you want I struggled with it for about 2 years before i went and got some help. I will admit it does get me aggravated.

Depression is when all the parts of your life fall apart you have no money and you don't see the point why you are living. Nowadays its Slang for a Whining Bich and I know I sound harsh but if you are depressed you don't go around saying it and you seek Help. I probably didn't explain my take of this but oh well.
