Give a digital download code for the game with the next gen release of the next CoD.

Dont mess with any content, just leave as vanilla as possible for the port.

I think this is the best bet, or just release a patch for them, but iw is unlikely to do so. and releasing a new game would generate a lot of hate. i like the idea though.

I disagree, currently they are rehashing garbage, and then adding more garbage to it, rather than working with what worked, personally I believe a CoD4/MW2 remake would thrive (all be it the little bug bares OMA, noob tubes to be fixed) I'd like to think MW2 remake would actually be fun to play.
