So I'm a level 107, but I still can't call Martin for the rooftop rumble job, and he hasn't called me. So I don't know how to get the job and I really want to play it for some easy cash. Also, once I get it how can I replay it?

The way I used to get it all the time was by just going to the garage where the mission takes place, parking your car across the street near the railroad tracks and calling Martin. If he doesn't give you the job then just join a new session and try again. Not sure if there is a level cap on the jobs anymore, it blows how you can't replay jobs after you've reached a certain level.
