Does that happen when you open up any program or just that one?
I would try deleting the program and re-installing it.

It happen with almost every program I use now I have no idea why,like horizon, this one, gta save editor, etc

I have windows 8 and norton anti-virus. When the programs would install the Anti-virus software would delete parts of the files if it found them to be harmful which in most cases they weren't. You could also try and turn your anti-virus off and turn the firewall off.
