We are level 17 and since we are top 3 right now, we will earn the rewards as long as we stay top 3 (almost 100 points ahead of the clan in 4th) so we should be fine.

The requirements to join are only to have at least a 1.00 win loss and a .80 w/l and you must be active. I do not want to invite people who will join and only play once every 2 weeks.
