So, i bought a chinese tablet a long time ago, it was a bargain, there are some quirks and i can get past them, but i can't get past this, so as you can see here even when i try to install something under 100kb i get this error:

and i looked around in the file system, deleted all my apps, AND STILL i got the same error, i then found this:

I've tried deleting them, through the computer and and it wont even let me delete them through android itself, and they always come back, is there anything i can do to delete these permanently?
