Personally I don't really believe in it since there really isn't a lot of proof to support the matter, but there also isn't a lot of proof to disprove it. The picture is very hard to see what it actually is but I guess we'll never know.

mm..kind of hard to tell what's happening. it's too far away and it's blurry. i mean it resembles a person but what that person is doing is hard to tell.
