Do you have the IP address correctly put on? Like, you can get it from your router's page or Xexmenu. And is your PC connected to the same network that your RGH/JTAG is connected to?

So what is it saying? Like, can Neighborhood not find your JTAG? Or what?

Have you rebooted your console since putting in the plugin? For plugins to take effect, a reboot is necessary.

Hmm, you're using the LAN IP address correct? Should be something like: 192.168.1.XX (XX being a variable) if not, what IP address are you using?

The only time I had this problem was when I accidentally connected my laptop to my GUEST network and not my actual network. So, that's the only thing I can think of, sorry. The only thing I have left is double check ( if you have a guest network or a neighbor with an open network ) to make sure they're on the same network. Or try typing your default gateway in your URL bar of your browser. (Find this on CMD > Ipconfig > Default gateway...)
