FALSE, any account you recover onto your Dev Kit, RGH or JTAG will NOT got banned when your console gets banned at the same time! If you play on your primary XBL and host alot of modded lobbies for people and go around modding you will get it banned. If you're just playing private matches like for kids on Gamebattles and you're just doing that then your account isn't EVER going to get banned. The more you run unassigned codes "ONLINE" with other people that increases rank will alert the system and ban your account on the console. So overall if your playing alone your main account will be fine if your playing with alot of people in "RANKED/ONLINE" matches your account will get banned and eventaully NO MATTER WHAT your console will get banned. No matter what you do eventually your Dev Kit,RGH or JTAG will be banned eventually. Hope this helped and if you have any further questions just feel free to PM me!

"probably" and "i guess" .... i didn't say i was 100 percent right. SO TRUE to the fact that my account is not banned and i have used that on retail and rgh. So basically you just said "FALSE" to "probably" which was an educated guess
