Is there anybody out there who can host lvl 55 with everything unlocked? If so I'm sure I'm not the only one searching for one of these, please and thanks.

Search for 'Easy Account', It will max out your rank and unlock all items within the create-a-class option, this is a tool I have used numerous times after re-installations of Call of Duty: 4

I don't run cod4 on steam but ive never got banned and ive used this soo many times. Also, this little program is easy to use and really good. Read the Readme if you get stuck

You can get VAC banned for anything on Steam, they are not lenient at all.
