The upload studio suspension is stupid, but honestly, it's better not to cuss anyways.
But people can claim anything. I could say something like this and swear to it
"I got console banned on PS4 for leveling up in Ghosts,"

ive cursed many times on skype and not once have i been banned.

same here, if they banned you for swearing in skype calls I'll be banned by now.

Anyway Microsoft has always banned you for swearing, this is nothing new. My friend got banned for sending a message to all his friend about raping someone (ingame), all it took was for someone to report that message.

I think they are going way to far to try and ban people just for using bad language but they do have the right to since everyone agreed to their terms to play on xbox.

They have the right, but its stupid.

I have caused while playing but have not been banned yet.
