this was recorded by him in the 1960's and it talks about how if he was the devil and the type of things that are happening in our society today.

I don't think this was prophetic, I think he was talking about what was happening in 1965.
I'm going to paraphrase a bit but:
'I would subvert the churches. I would tell the people "Do as you please." "The Bible is a myth."'
During the 1960's the Church was in moral turmoil, it was re-doing it's moral structure because of the youth revolution, there were the Divorce debates at this time too.
A new form of theology started in which people began looking at the Bible a lot more critically after these changes too, people began questioning what should be left infallible and what could be changed.
It isn't hard to see this connection.

"I'd educate authors in how to make lurid literature exciting, I'd threaten TV with dirtier movies, I'd peddle narcotics to whom I could, I'd sell alcohol to ladies and gentlemen of distinction, I'd tranquillize the rest with pills."
The 1960's literally saw the rise of porn movies, so the TV thing isn't hard to explain.
It also saw the rise of feminist literature, in a time of great social inequality it wouldn't have been wrong to label these books as lurid.
The narcotics really isn't hard to explain, everyone has heard of the hippies and the Vietnam protests, this was given rise to during the early 60's with the change in youth culture.

"I'd have schools refine intellect but neglect to discipline emotions."
As said before, the rise in youth culture also led to schools becoming more lenient in their punishments, the rest is explained with the narcotics point.

"I would lure priests and pastors into misusing boys and girls."
Well that's been going on since before the 60's, but according to A Perspective on Clergy Sexual Abuse it was mainly occurring during the 60's and 70's.

"I would make the symbol of Easter an egg."
I don't quite understand the Easter Egg part because Christians have been using eggs at Easter since ancient Mesopotamia.

"I would caution against extremes, in hard work, in patriotism, in moral conduct."
Hard work, yes, I can understand that, nobody really wants to work, but Patriotism?
It seems like Patriotism is at it's highest, when Lee Rigby was murdered, or the Boston Marathon bombs went off, this just doesn't make sense.
Moral conduct, people are generally moral in this day and age, so this doesn't make much sense either.

"I could lure you into bed with diseases for which there is no cure."
Before 1960 there were 2 main STD's, during the 1960's and 70's the number of people with STD's exploded in America.

...and the last line backs up everything, "I would just keep right on doing what he's doing."

TL;DR - All of this stuff was happening in the 60's too +
I think this whole video is an exploitation of the Forer effect.
He says something general which sounds very specific, but it can apply to anything that you want it to.
If you go in with the preconception that he is going to say 'the future' decades before it even occurs, you will find ways to make things fit.
