All of our controllers are tested, and we send pictures/videos of the controllers to our customers to make sure that they love it before its even sent out! On top of that SuperControllerz is very experienced with Xbox One controllers and other electronics. All of our controllers come with a 6 month warranty covering against defects of the controller. After You Have Decided Which Controller Options You Want Please Message Me And I Will Give You An Address To Send Your Controller To. I Will Notify You When It Has Been Received. I Will Also Notify You When I Send It Back And Give You A USPS Tracking Number. With Send In Services I Do Accept Cash In The Box, But If You Do Not Feel Safe With That, Then PayPal Will Do.
