My parents use to fight, I just put the headphones in and listen to music, It just got to the point where I'd just let them argue away at each other because they wouldn't listen to me.

My parents used to argue every single day without fail.
Because when I was younger my dad was an alcoholic, and my mum always hated him coming home drunk. I would of used to head over to a friends house for hours on end, usually up to 8hours I would spend at my friends house. If you have no friends near by or anything head over to a relations house and chill for a bit, if either of them dont work I usually just got up and went mad with my dad, usually tell him to 'stfu' and to sit down before I make him lel. Thank the heavens my dad is a changed man and has been for 5 years now he hasn't touched alcohol for 5 years!

My parents used to argue a ton, before they got a divorce.

What I always did to keep my mind off of it, or to just cancel it out was to listen to music, leave the house and go on a run, go chill with a friend, or play video games.

Tell them to just get divorced if they hate each other so much or get a family therapist to work out the problems.

I would just get on call of duty and play some games, or like they said, listen to some music. Or even just take a nice walk around the neighborhood or something.

Just go upstairs and do you're own thing.

Or just go for a walk.
