Solution: Get a new xbox one!

If you are sold a faulty console, it's not your fault. I suggest you do not go to Xbox support as it is very slow and aggravating to say the least. I'd go straight back to source of purchase and return it (for me it was walmart). It is your right to get a console that works and it is law that the distributor must send you one that works.
