Okay, i know that in the "Dangerous Dogs Act 1991" -it states that pitbulls are banned in the uk. ive been doing some research on pitbulls, and i'm thinking about getting one.

But im not sure, if it attacks someone and injures them, the owner can get a maximum of 2 years in-prison. Bur what if it killed a human, what would happen to the owner? This is in the uk btw. Please help meh!

The dog would be put down.
I dont know about the owner though.

If you get a half pitbull it's not illegal

I've got a English Bull Terrier which is very close to Pitbull in fighting. I dont fight him and never will because it makes me sick and is cruel. There stronger then Pitbulls. Here's a picture of him..

Also, dont listen to people criticizing a dog breed its stupid. Its what a dog is surrounded by which is what makes the dog who it is. Pitbulls are lovely dogs and only get noticed for attacks because they do a lot of damage.

Whoever told you that needs a good slap. Thats insane, if you get a pitbull and treat it right it will love you. A dog needs a master who it listens to and you'll be that. Its such a shame that a lovely dog like Pitbulls are get overrun by attacks. Pitbulls have the fighting spirit in them, thats there breed. Does not mean they will attack/kill people.

Trust me, if you get a Pitbull it does not mean its going to attack people.

Connor Shut the :idea: up.. You dont know what your talking about! One day pitbulls do turn for no reason because my grandads did and he treated it really good!
