Ok so I want to get a Mod Menu on games like MW2&3 but I'm not sure if you can only get one from a Jtag please can someone either help me or Link a video on how to do it without a Jtag if possible it would be much appreciated. Thanks again.

You can only do it with an exploited console

Yes, you would need a JTAG or RGH xbox...Although some games (such as COD:WAW & GTA IV) you can use ISO discs to mod the game with a mod menu and such...
