Edit: Since my original post wasn't getting through to people let me rephrase myself so that I am well understood.
DO NOT mod in any way, shape, or form if you do not want to get in trouble for violating the Code of Conduct for both Microsoft and Rockstar. Plain and simple.
IF YOU INSIST ON MODDING, don't drag others into it with you, mod for yourself and not others. If you want to mod, go ahead and ruin the game for yourself, don't ruin it for others. And when you mod, if done excessively, know the consequences and deal with them. It is your own fault if you get banned, nobody else's. Don't come complaining when you recieve a ban for something that you should have known was coming.
If I didn't make myself clear this time, I give up.

Exactly, with 800 million you can buy everything in the game and still have some money left over.

Lol, you must be below the age of 13. You're tampering with a modded DNS Server to receive un-legitimate XP, Money, and DLC which clearly is against not only Microsoft's 'Code of Conduct' but also Rockstar's.
And another thing even if someone uploaded proof people like you would still deny it, one reason I haven't took a picture to waste my time to show you that I have been console banned on my Xbox 360. I honestly hope people that think nothing will happen to them get console banned to teach them a lesson, lol.

Well, I'm 17.
For one, I'm not condoning it, I don't even do it myself. I'm not saying that there is not a chance of getting banned, because there always is. What I'm saying is no matter what I say and other people say, there are still going to be others who don't get banned and continue to do what they are doing right now. Not sure how often you have been around the GTA forum, but if you take a look it is clogged with people advertising DNS servers and money lobbies. I'm a legit rank, and I was gifted money about a month ago, way before the DNS servers were as popular and known as they are now. At least know what I'm trying to preach before you go wrongfully insulting somebody.

I don't know what will happen to me but I am a legit lvl 139 and have over 29 billion just from bounty hunting these DNS server try-hards. (P.S you can kill them by squashing them under your tank)

Level 150 and below your safe? There are thousands of people who passed level 150 including myself legitimately, its not hard to rank up. took me a week to reach 160 during online release. You obviously have no idea what you are talking about. By using DNS mods, you are violating not only rockstars terms of use, but the xbox live code of conduct. Even asking for the mods, microsoft has records of it and will ban anyone participating in modded lobbies. You want proof? go to the xbox account suspension forums and read why hundreds of users were banned "participating in a modded lobby/advertising/hosting"
