Recently my sister got some "beats" (solos) for X-mas.

I tried them and they did prove to be some great headphones! They had some decent bass and were noise canceling. I was thinking about buying some but they're still WAY overpriced.
I will say that the "Bose" headphones are better and a bit cheaper, but not as stylish xD.

What are your guys' opinions?

Beats?
Bose?
Neither?

Thanks for reading!

You should buy both look up how to take the tech out of the bose and move it into the beats and put the beats in the bose, return the bose, then have quality and style.

In my opinion mate, I wouldn't buy either of them.

I can admit that they are loud etc. but i would prefer a doc system any day and just a small pair of earphones instead of walking about with them on my head.

But if it's what you want i admit they are loud etc so yeah go for it!

The quality of a headphone does not lie in the fact that it's loud or not.

OT: Beats are pretty well-rounded between style and quality. I got a pair for Christmas (Studios) and enjoy using them. They're very comfortable.
I wouldn't be able to give you a comparison, because there are 480321 different Bose headphone models, and I own none of them.
I will say, though, that I recommend Beats.

Beats are for the most part trash. They are literally the Apple of Headphones. Overpriced and overrated. Studios are decent, but they don't compare to others that cost 200 dollars less. Notice how the beats by dre site doesn't include the specs of the headphones. I do not believe they are worth the money and are only for looks.

What is your price range ?

I have a pair of headphones branded "Fanny Wang" and they are the equivalent to beats studios but cost around 140GBP less and have much better sound quality

My price range would be about $100-$150.

I have a pair of Mixr's, and I like them. I do however think they're way overpriced.
