Go on his profile and go to the bottom left should have the option to gift

You must have a verified PayPal and not to mention it's not free to gift.

But yeah it's on the bottom left.

On the bottom left there should be an option

To gift you have to go their profile. scroll down the page and it should have the option to gift gold on the left hand side

You need to wait for Paypal to put Two Small Deposits into your Personal Bank account and when you receive them you enter them in the verification boxes to become verified
