I personally like Sean's insanity program, got it free online and it was kind of hard for the start but I got into it like a pro.

pushups works your chest and biceps and a little lats. Don't make him do more than he wants -_- he said stomach.

In all honesty, there is no "simple" solution to your question. There are ways to get fit, and to "cut" as they call it, but it isn't instant, and it does take a lot of time and effort.

There is an app on the app store that you can buy called "Ab Trainer x" and it will help you train, and give you excersises to do with a specific time.

It also has instruction videos on how to do the excercise properly.

I would recommend trying this app, and putting all the settings on advanced. This is the best way to do it at home. If this doesn't work for you, you could probably go to a gym, and get a personal trainer.

The workout is only half of it as well. You are going to need to eat healthy foods, and not processed crap that comes in packages. You are going to have to have a healthy diet as well as a strict workout routine to loose stomach fat and turn it into muscle.

Good luck man, and remember; its not going to be easy, and it also isn't going to be an instant transformation. You are going to have to work at it for atleast a few months.

Actually, having a flatter stomach means that there is a lot less fat in the stomach, meaning that there is no fat covering the ab muscles. With less fat in the stomach region, and muscle training, you will get more toned abs.

You don't get much stomach tone from doing push ups. Yes you will get stronger biceps and triceps, but you won't get much stomach tone from it.

If anything, I would do these couple work outs.

Bicycle Kicks:

How do I gain more muscle weight?
I'm trying to get bigger, I weigh like 115 and I really want to get bigger like on my arms, I don't have abs but my chest is like popping out now but I just want to know how to gain more muscle weight. Can someone tell me a few tips? I'm 5'7, 115 and I'm 15 years old.
