Ok you don't know anything. Anything under 5Ms is good.To be honest there is a slight difference and chances are you won't see the difference.

yeah, this is what I read from reviews. I'm sure 1ms is great for competitive, but a little over kill for a standard monitor. How bad is 7ms?

The S2340M is VERY good, but I bet you can find it cheaper somewhere else.

7 ms is not at all bad and anyone who tells you otherwise doesn't know what they're talking about. Your monitor refreshes 60 times per second and there are many more factors that are not measured that make a monitor good for gaming.

Zyn wrote 7ms response time? That's really slow. I can link you to a 1ms response time monitor around the same price range if you want.

~ Zyn

Edit: It's only 1 inch off and it's 2ms.

Edit 2: One that's 24in. and one 22in. 22in. is $10 cheaper and the 24in. is $10 more than what you have.

Ok, thanks. Go ahead and link it to me, and I will check it out. What about the refresh rate? I've heard you get screen tearing if your FPS is high and refresh rate is low, but I game on a 60 Hz and never experienced it. Do you know if there are any major differences other than screen tearing?

Sorry lol. I didn't see that.

And honestly in just normal online/campaign play you can not tell a difference between 1ms and 5ms
