how do i unlock lester in gta 5 online? i did the rp thing and am lvl 100 something on my new character and want to set bounties. NEED HELP! will rep

same thing happened to me all you gotta do is either one of these two things:

If you have a L on your map go to it.

or

When Lester calls do his missions and sooner or later youll get the privileges to set bounties
