Everytime when I turn my computer on it doesn't fully load and then it states that the disk boot failed.

Is your Hard Drive set to the FIRST boot priority? If it is, boot your computer off your Windows 7 repair CD and either try to "repair Windows or do a "clean install" of windows. If it does not work, PM me and we will discuss it further.
