You get the code by playing enough mycareer and creating a shoe in the game. 2k then proceeds to email you a code to buy an exclusive pair of lebrons signature shoes. I have been collecting sneakers for a long time and would like to get a code to buy the shoes, if anyone has one they don't want, I may be interested in possibly buying it.
